In the summer of 2024, Centurion Bulk acquired 100% of the shares in Centurion Bulk Denmark. With this acquisition, Centurion Bulk Denmark ApS became a wholly owned subsidiary and part of the Centurion Bulk group.
With the change of ownership the company changed its name from Integrity Bulk ApS to Centurion Bulk Denmark ApS.
